Guests can dine with their pets in the Upstairs Bar where they can order from the restaurant menu. In it's 2 AA rosette restaurant, the hotel strives to include a great variety of cuisine. Where possible, ingredients are sourced from the Scottish Borders and many components from the menu are sourced from the hotel's Walled Garden and the rest of the estate. By blending local and global components, they are able to make plates that appeal to the eye, taste great, and get the approval of the most refined diners.
